Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CommsForce website and services. By accessing this site or engaging CommsForce services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
CommsForce LLC (“CommsForce,” “we,” “us”) provides professional after-hours call answering, message intake, escalation, and related operational support services for businesses. Specific service details, coverage hours, escalation rules, and deliverables are defined in written agreements or confirmations between CommsForce and the client.
2. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While CommsForce aims to handle calls accurately and professionally, we do not guarantee business outcomes, customer conversions, revenue generation, or the availability of callers. Services are provided on a best-effort basis consistent with agreed procedures.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions, escalation contacts, business information, and timely updates. CommsForce is not responsible for errors resulting from outdated, incomplete, or incorrect client-supplied information.
4. Payments and Billing
Fees, billing frequency, and payment methods are agreed upon prior to service delivery. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Cancellations and Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement or written notice requirements. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommsForce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. CommsForce’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Confidentiality
CommsForce treats client information and call data as confidential and uses it solely for service delivery and operational purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of CommsForce LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
